EXHIBITION FOR THE SOUL
NOVEMBER 5 - DECEMBER 20, 2025
Opening November 5 / 6-8 p.m.
An immersive exhibition that brings together the practice of Yoga Nidra with a selection of artworks chosen especially for the occasion.
A guided meditation, an inner journey on the border between wakefulness and sleep, where the mind calms down and the body regenerates in deep rest. Listening becomes a creative act: images, sensations and visions emerge spontaneously, projected into the darkness that opens up behind closed eyes, transformed into an inner screen. In this space of stillness and presence, meditation intertwines with art: both symbolic languages that reveal what dwells within us. An invitation to stop, breathe and let art wash over you, to encounter yourself in a new space of awareness. Thus, the aesthetic experience is transformed into a meditative experience, a silent dialogue between the work, the breath and the imagination.
Exhibiting works by artists
Vasco Bendini, John Hoyland, Tim Knowles, Esther Mahlangu, Antonietta Raphaël Mafai, Graham Sutherland, Richard Smith, Miroslav Tichý, Paul Winstanley, Michele Zaza.
